Day 2

For Fellowship:
Psalms 122:1 (KJS) “...I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD.”

Learning to be comfortable in the outdoors under all types of conditions is a learning process. Learning how to lift and portage an 80-pound canoe or heavy pack over long distances can be a back-breaking experience until we seek out someone that knows how and is willing to teach us.

If we are to fellowship with the Lord, we must learn of him. What God expects of us, his power, his love, anger at sin, our future without him and much more is to be learned by reading his word and fellowship with others of like faith. Fellowship with Him can be just sitting in a quiet place listening to the wind moving the leaves, the smell of the pine trees—our Creator made these places just as he made us.
